There is cashback discounts on #laptop #Asus #VivobookS15 i ordered on #paytmmall seller asus authorised center pune 2. I too got cheated by this paytm shit by their faulty n money making tricks of order n cancel thing after 2weeks n got damaged and used product.
And you know what there customer service sucks badly with email n live chat with after sale order id mandatory service only. And ivrs don't give permission to ask about seller's direct contact before n after sale and ask order id before connecting call to representative.

It is clearly #cheating n #fraudulent activity by paytm owner mr vijay shekhar sharma on regular basis and i think it is their only business model n make money. That's too by advertising pm modiji on front page. What a joke i came through seriously.
Please beware guys clear all doubts before any purchase on this paytm mall that is doing scams faster than ktm.
If anyone wants proof i uploaded video on youtube.

Do you guys think is paytm doing a real business... all the business will grow slowly not like patym which is making customer to get greed on money with their fraud policies... when a company selling a product suppose they should have some good customer support/service, but paytm is lack on that.. they dont a feedback detials of products where customer can write... and also main thing is non-security wallet.. any one can steal others money... many of the customer wallet money has been stolen.. even i am surprised whether it was done by paytm itself... i have so many proofs for customer wallet money been stolen.. what rbi/indian goverment is doing .. one day pay..tm which show the big scam in india........as like saytm did.

Thank you Soumen da to read through. I think I've had enough from them to be compensated by 1500 odd bucks. All these posts arise out of my personal experiences with Paytm which forced me to think why they are doing this. I tried following their advised route - contacting Customer Care for resolution, but as you'd see, they have just standard scripts to copy and paste in their response. I do not fault them, for the less mortals they are, they would have been told to do so and are being paid for it.

What is surprising that their Services Head and Grievance Officer's lack of response - against what is published in their Grievance Policy - leaves you with a bad taste. I tried following everything that they ask a customer to do and when I received no logical resolution, I started my posts.. that too after ample warning about this.

Next one coming around 1300 hrs today. Keep reading...

Thank you neeraj ji for taking up the issue. we as a consumer as a large are equally responsible for even letting such perverted idea of business to sow in some jealous minds. i appreciate that you didn't feel vindicated when they offered you the full refund but instead case the issue towards its desired direction. well we lesser mortals don't have the patience and conviction like yours but the least i can offer you is a big thank you for taking it up on yourself for our larger benefit.
